1. License & Eligibility

RealAgent is licensed exclusively for use by verified real estate professionals. By using our services, you affirm that you are a licensed real estate agent or are authorized to act on behalf of one.

2. Service Description

RealAgent enables users to:

• Generate AI-enhanced real estate listing videos (“Showcase”)
• Integrate and publish videos to external platforms (e.g., TikTok, YouTube)
• Automate outreach and communications with leads, including via AI chat and voice agents

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy and truthfulness of all property details, images, and branding you upload or generate
• Ensuring you have the legal rights to use all media and personal data provided
• Compliance with applicable advertising, data protection, and real estate regulations
• Obtaining all legally required consents for contacting any individuals using RealAgent features, including via SMS, email, or AI-powered voice calls. This includes but is not limited to compliance with Canada’s CRTC rules, the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and other relevant telemarketing laws

4. Use of Third-Party APIs

By connecting your RealAgent account to services like TikTok or YouTube, you authorize us to:

• Upload videos to those platforms on your behalf
• Access relevant account features strictly for the purpose of providing our services

You retain full control and ownership of your accounts. We act only as a processing agent.

5. Content Ownership

All media you upload remains yours. Generated video content is yours to use, publish, or delete. We do not claim ownership over your content but may store it temporarily to deliver services.

6. Limitations of Liability

TONNIC AI is not liable for:

• Inaccurate or misleading property information
• Legal or regulatory violations arising from your content or outreach communications
• Any damages resulting from third-party service issues (e.g., TikTok outages)

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

• You breach these terms
• You use RealAgent for unlawful or misleading purposes

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance.
